Monument Valley Regional Middle School

Week at a Glance and News and Notes

Note from the Principal:

Last week was a whirlwind.  Many of the eighth graders were off on the Washington DC trip, and the rest of the students were hard at work wrapping up the school year.  Please pay attention to end of year dates in this message, and for eighth grade families, please see my email from last week with important end of year activities and dates leading up to our Awards and Recognition ceremony the evening of June 19. A reminder about our showing of Screenagers a few weeks ago.  The film was very informative and the discussion afterward brought some good suggestions for what we can do next year at school and support families at home.  Please see the trailer for the film: https://www.screenagersmovie.com/  We plan on raising the funds to show the students next fall.   Our next Parent Advisory Council meetings, and the final ones for the school year, are on Monday, June 11, at 8:15 am, and on Tuesday, June 12, at 3 pm.  Please join us for a wrap up of the year, a view to next year, and a place to discuss issues important to you.
